Informal observations Process:

1.  INFORMAL OBSERVATIONS may be conducted by the      
      administrator/evaluator; For any length of time, At any time, WITH       NO MINIMUM/MAXIMUM OCCURRENCES.  

2.  THE Evaluator will submit observations in writing to the teacher   
      within 5 working days of the observation.

3.  THE teacher or evaluator may initiate a post observation 
      conference within 5 working days of the observation.
